ProSky Studio, which is a full-service aerial UAS provider, has achieved ARGUS International's ARGUS Unmanned Gold Rating, which is one of three achievable ARGUS Ratings for unmanned operators.

In order to earn the ARGUS Unmanned Gold Rating, unmanned operators must meet several criteria, including having at least one UAS in operation, they must have pilot backgrounds checked, and they must be a legal entity with applicable insurance.

“More than ever, creating a culture of safety is paramount within the rapidly expanding Unmanned Aerial Systems industry,” says Joe Moeggenberg, ARGUS CEO and Founder.

“This achievement by ProSky Studio demonstrates their high regard for safety and dedication to upholding the highest safety standards.”

The first audit of its kind, the ARGUS Audit Standard was designed for commercial UAS operations to “assess their operational safety,” and it was developed to focus on the efforts of the operator to conduct appropriate standardized operations for every mission.

The ARGUS Audit Standard creates a fully-vetted registry of commercial UAS operators to “support end-customer sourcing and due diligence requirements for internal operations and external vendor qualification.”

“As a professional unmanned aerial services provider, ProSky Studio recognized the need to align itself with ARGUS in an effort to not only promote our business and solutions to potential customers, but also to demonstrate our unwavering commitment to safe aerial operations,” comments Michael Arnold, Co-founder, Chief Pilot and Director of Technology of ProSky Studio.

According to ARGUS, over the last 20 years, the ARGUS Gold and Platinum Ratings Program has become the most recognized and respected source of quality assessments on aircraft charter operators.

ARGUS adds that ARGUS rated commercial operators are the preferred choice for the largest and most sophisticated consumers in the world.
