Precise location is a bedrock technology for the UAS industry. GPS is the primary location provider and understanding how it works and what can cause it to not work are important when planning flights. As the UAS industry grows, we must have continual access to precise location information. Join AUVSI and XPO-invited speaker, Ted Driver, to cover the basics of GPS positioning, the issues that arise from using GPS and other GNSS systems as location providers, and operational results - including misconceptions about height systems, and clarifying their usage.
