DE&I in the Spotlight at XPONENTIAL 2022

As the progress of uncrewed technologies accelerated over the past two years, the spotlight on our industry has intensified. We are now at a critical point along the continuum toward autonomy, and there is not a moment to be lost.
As our community and society eagerly look ahead at incredible technological advances with enormous potential, AUVSI is committed to fostering the industry’s development by advancing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As the leading voice representing this industry, AUVSI understands that change starts with us. That is why we are utilizing XPONENTIAL 2022, the industry’s largest trade show and conference, to convene DE&I leaders and share important messages with new audiences.
XPONENTIAL 2022 will provide opportunities to: 1) learn about how improving DE&I within organizations improves decision-making, innovation, and engagement; 2) discuss that are needed throughout the industry; and 3) share best practices for combating implicit biases that impact end-users, from technological discovery to platform design and integration.
Our technologies are reshaping lives, redefining business, and reevaluating policymaking. And as an industry, we have a tremendous opportunity to explore new solutions that will make daily life more inclusive and equitable.
